Jasmine joined Dalton Financial Partners in March 2020 and has since progressed from Receptionist to Client Success Manager and Head of Client Experience. She combines a genuine passion for client relationships with a creative, thoughtful approach to making every client interaction feel personal and positive.
Jasmine’s approach
My journey at Dalton Financial Partners began in March 2020, when I joined the team as a Receptionist. Over time, a natural passion for client relationships and a drive to grow saw me step into the roles of Client Success Manager and Head of Client Experience.
Each step of that progression has deepened my expertise in financial services, while also giving my creativity room to flourish. What I love most about what I do is the people — every interaction is an opportunity to connect with someone from a different walk of life and leave a genuine, positive mark on their day.
Beyond advice
Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my family and my dogs. I stay active with Pilates, morning walks, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. I have a particular fondness for pasta and a glass of red wine, which makes my cooking endeavors even more delightful.
